Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These terms describe the service as it actually works today. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer. By using Zyclo, you agree to them.

The service

Zyclo is a registry of specialized AI "machines." You choose a machine, provide its inputs, spend credits to run one cycle, and receive a finished output (a report, index, or draft campaign) plus a downloadable file. There are no subscriptions — credits are purchased in packs and spent per cycle.

Accounts

You need an account (email + password) to run a cycle. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Zyclo.

Credits and payment

Credit packs are purchased through Stripe at the prices shown at time of purchase. Credits are deducted only once a cycle actually starts processing — if a cycle fails before completion, the credits spent on it are automatically refunded to your balance. Credits do not expire, are non-transferable between accounts, and (except where required by law, e.g. statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers on digital purchases) are non-refundable once spent on a completed cycle.

What the machines actually do — and don't

Every machine's output is AI-generated and should be treated as a starting point, not a final, verified answer:

  • Research Enginehas no live web-search or paid data-feed access — its market analysis reflects the underlying AI model's general knowledge (which has a training cutoff and can be wrong or stale on fast-moving specifics), not a live lookup. Only named-competitor profiles are sourced from actually fetching their real websites.
  • Lead Engine sources real contact data via a third-party provider and drafts outreach messages for you to review and send yourself — Zyclo does not send anything automatically. You are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM) in how you use the sourced contacts and drafted messages.
  • Audit Engine and Archive Engine produce analysis and categorization based on the sites/files you provide — accuracy depends on what those sources actually contain, and some inputs (bot-protected sites, unsupported file formats, corrupted files) are explicitly flagged as unavailable rather than guessed at.

Do not treat any machine's output as legal, financial, immigration, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zyclo to:

  • Break the law, including data-protection and anti-spam law in your jurisdiction and your recipients'.
  • Harass, defraud, or deceive any person.
  • Upload or process content you don't have the right to process (e.g. others' confidential documents without authorization).
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the credit system or the underlying AI/data providers' own terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Your content, our outputs

You retain ownership of what you upload or submit. You own the reports and drafts a cycle produces for you. We don't claim ownership of your inputs or outputs, and we don't use your cycle content to train any model.

No warranty, limited liability

Zyclo is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, Zyclo (and its operator) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on a machine's output. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. for fraud or gross negligence, or statutory consumer protections).

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product changes — the "Last updated" date above will reflect that. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or your access to it, with notice where reasonably possible. You can stop using Zyclo and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence may also apply.
